Comment: Clearwire's service has clearly gone down hill over the last few years for me. Doesn't work half the time, constant having to reboot the modem, and is slow or non responsive much of the day. Makes it hard to run my business people...... Charter isn't available and ATT has crappy phone lines that can't hardly support a Fax. Guess I have to look at Verizon now? |

Comment: I have had clearwire for a while now and have had the same issues. I have not had bad experiences with customer service though, they are always nice. But you're right in that they don't fix problems and just give you the run-a-round when you call them. |

(like update this site :) ) good luck and thanks for continuing to update us on how things are. You might want to look at digital path. They may serve your area and seem to have gotten better over time. Merry Christmas! |

Comment: We Clear was first sold to me I was told that I would be receiving a bundle discount. Never got the discount and when I called to check on it, they say we are not running any offers like that currently. They wont discount or credit my account. Im furious with Clear Wireless Services. They have not lived up to there promises and the internet signal is insufficient. I hate Clear!!!!. I would advise anyone seeking internet service to look a Verizon. A professional company with real standards. |

Comment: I was having the same problems that most of you have been having. Clear and simple soulution... do what I did. Discontinue your service and go to another. I went with digital path. |

Comment: Paying around $50.00 a month for internet speed that feels like dial up. Every time I call they tell me there is congestion on the tower and they have to use a network manager to give everyone the best experience. Really? Dial up or worse is the best experience? They will lie and cheat. Anything to get your hard earned money. Having Clear internet is like flushing your money down the toilet. |
